Using a Shimmer Base under Decals!

A lot of people have asked me why I choose to print my decals in clear paper rather than white. While white paper is a perfectly good choice, I find that clear paper just works better. Not only is it thinner and lays down on the nail smoother, it also allows for you to get creative with the white layer underneath! 

I know...applying a thin layer of white gel polish before applying the decal might seem like a pain (no one likes extra steps- I get it!), but I swear it's worth it.
