Our current turn around for press on sets is about 5-7 business days. For decals and sizing kits, it is currently about 1-2 business days.

Seventy7 Nails is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Packages ship with a tracking number. If your order says delivered and you haven't received it, you may file a claim with the USPS to help locate your order. Please keep in mind I am just one person operating a small business. I cannot refund or replace an order due to delivery issues when the mistake lies with the USPS. While I would NEVER want you to be unhappy, this is sometimes an unrealistic expectation. I do understand we are all used to Amazon with next day delivery and a no questions asked policy for replacing lost items, but small businesses cannot operate the same way. I appreciate your understanding. However, please do contact me if there is an issue with your order once you receive it.
Seventy7 Nails transfers all responsibility and handling to USPS once your order ships, so if a delivery issue arises, please contact your local postal carrier or go in person to your local post office. They will be able to better locate your package.
